Ordering & Account Sign-In

Do I need to sign in before placing an order?

Yes, it is recommended. Signing in links your order to your account so you can track it anytime under My Orders. You can sign in via Google Sign-In or any other email address, we will send an OTP for verification.

What if I go directly to checkout without signing in?

You will be taken to the Razorpay portal, which will ask for your phone number and verify it via OTP. Once verified, Razorpay auto-fills your name, email, and address from details previously saved against that number on their platform. You can edit any of these fields before confirming your order.

Which email should I use at checkout?

Ensure the email filled in at checkout is one you can access. That is the email you will need to sign in to your AKSHNAM account later to track your order under My Orders.

How do I track my order?

Sign in with the same email you used at checkout and go to My Orders. If you are logged out, simply sign in again using that email via OTP or Google Sign-In.

How do I go back to the homepage from my account?

Simply click the AKSHNAM logo at the top of the page and you will be taken back to the homepage.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product? Yes. We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How do I initiate a return? Fill out our Return Request Form within 7 days of delivery and our team will respond within 48 hours with further instructions.

Is there a return fee? A flat processing fee of Rs. 290 is deducted from the refund amount to cover reverse shipping and handling.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days of return approval.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns.akshnam@gmail.com with photographs and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Can I cancel my order? 

Yes, within 2 hours of placing it. You can cancel directly from your profile by opening the specific order and clicking Cancel, or write to us at returns.akshnam@gmail.com with your order number. If the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be issued at no charge.

After 2 hours, cancellations cannot be entertained as a standard request. In exceptional cases such as a duplicate order or incorrect address, you may write to us and we will do our best to help, though this is not guaranteed.

If the order has already shipped, we are unable to recall it. You may initiate a return once it is delivered, with a processing fee of Rs. 290 deducted from the refund.

Please note that repeated cancellations of prepaid orders may result in future refunds being issued as store credit.
