Eligibility rules

• Return window: 7 calendar days from date of delivery
• Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed
• Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
• Proof of purchase required (order confirmation or invoice)
• Minor variations in colour, texture, or embroidery are not grounds for return

Not eligible

• Used, altered, or washed items
• Items with removed tags
• Items marked as final sale

Return processing fee Rs. 290 is deducted from the refund upon approval, to cover shipment processing costs.
