AKSHNAM Signature Gift Box

Every prepaid order is packed in our Signature AKSHNAM Gift Box at no extra cost. The piece is wrapped in butter paper, sealed with our monogram sticker, and placed inside an ivory box finished with gold foil detailing, ready to gift or simply to keep. This complimentary packaging applies only to prepaid orders, not available on cash on delivery.

We ship across India via Shiprocket, supported by trusted courier partners including Bluedart, DTDC, Amazon Shipping, and Delhivery, among others. Delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days depending on your location. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition. Once dispatched, a tracking link is expected to be shared directly by the delivery partner.

We want you to love what you receive. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Click here to initiate a Return request.

A flat return processing fee of Rs. 290 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover reverse shipping and handling. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days of return approval.

Exchanges are offered only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage. In such cases, return shipping is borne by AKSHNAM.
