The deep crimson body carries an all-over Sozni embroidery in warm antique gold, worked entirely by hand with a fine needle in the classical Kashmiri tradition. Flowering star medallions anchor the composition at regular intervals, each one outlined and detailed in flat needle stitches with a filled centre. Between them, delicate scrolling vines spread across the entire field, branching at each tendril into small leaf sprigs that cover the ground with the patience that only hand embroidery can produce. Scattered paisley accents move through the jaal, keeping the eye travelling across the surface. The coverage is continuous from field to border.
At the edge, a double-run gold thread border closes the shawl cleanly, consistent in weight with the body work.
The base is pure wool. The reverse is plain crimson. Natural fringe at both ends.

Returns & Exchanges

A flat return processing fee of Rs. 290 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover reverse shipping and handling. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days of return approval.
Exchanges are offered only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage. In such cases, return shipping is borne by AKSHNAM.
